ABOUT

ARTHUR OSKAN

Over the past 30 years, Canada's Arthur Oskan has carved out a significant niche in the global music industry. After receiving a Canadian Juno Award nomination for his 2012 album A Little More than Everything, he strung together a series of successful releases with Lovebug (Cityfox), Freedomtown (Beachcoma), and Omegaman (My Favourite Robot). Arthur's slow-burn approach to his craft is a clear statement on his artistry, intention, and reputation as one of Canada’s most respected electronic music producers.

Following a hiatus, Oskan launched the imprint Endurance Asteroid in 2023 as an outlet for his own works. As his inspirations shifted and tempos slowed, Arthur began delivering consistent releases culminating in his much-anticipated comeback album, Cardiac Drift. The album explores themes of loss, doubt, self-reflection, and exploration of what hides in life's darkest corners. Mastered by Rafael Anton Irisarri (Mute, Domino), his work imparts a final layer of analog character, resulting in one of Oskan’s most masterful recordings to date.

Since launching Endurance Asteroid, Arthur has established himself as a prolific artist, releasing consistently while exploring themes that deepen with each project. Today, he continues to focus on his label while remaining available for scoring and sound design projects.
